• Use the brand in domain names or social media identities in a misleading manner.

FSI Defence Security logos, graphics, product artwork, website designs and other brand assets are proprietary materials of Frank System Inc., unless otherwise stated.

7. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party names, trademarks, logos and service marks appearing on the FSI Defence Security™ website or within related materials remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Enforcement

Frank System Inc. reserves the right to protect and enforce its trademark and other intellectual property rights against unauthorized or confusing use of its brand identifiers.

9. Brand Representation

Customers, resellers, service providers and other third parties must not represent themselves as Frank System Inc., FSI Defence Security, or an authorized representative unless such authorization has been expressly provided in writing.
